Welcome to our doorstep phone repair service. Please read these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy carefully before booking a repair with us. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and how we handle your personal data.
Terms and Conditions
Booking & Deposit
- A £25 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is deducted from the total repair cost when the repair is successfully completed.
- The deposit confirms your appointment and covers technician travel, time, and preparation.
- Deposits must be paid via online payment link or bank transfer at time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice without losing your deposit.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited. - If we need to reschedule due to vehicle, stock, or safety issues, we will offer a new appointment or refund your deposit if a new date cannot be agreed.
Payment Terms
- The remaining balance must be paid immediately after the repair is completed and before our technician leaves.
We accept:
- Bank transfer
- Card payment via our on-site card machine
- Failure to pay will result in debt recovery action being taken.
Unrepairable Devices / No-Fix Situations
- If a repair cannot be completed due to internal or pre-existing faults (such as severe motherboard or liquid damage), the £25 deposit will be retained as a call-out/diagnostic fee.
- If you choose not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis or once disassembly has begun, the deposit will still be retained.
- If we are unable to proceed due to our own limitations (e.g. unavailable or incorrect parts), the deposit will be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.
Device Inspection & Risks
- We will assess the device before repair and advise of any risks.
- We are not responsible for existing issues that may worsen during repair (e.g., weak batteries, damaged Face ID/Touch ID, underlying board issues).
- Water resistance and manufacturer seals may be affected by repairs.
Warranty (3 Months)
- All completed repairs include a 3-month warranty, covering only the replaced part(s) and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical or accidental damage after repair
- Liquid damage
- Issues caused by third-party tampering after our repair
- Motherboard faults or unrelated software/hardware issues
- Proof of repair is required for warranty claims.
Service Area and Call-Out Fees
- We provide free call-outs within London and a 15-mile radius from London.
- For locations beyond the 15-mile radius, a small and fair call-out fee will apply based on the distance. We will confirm the exact fee with you before booking.
- We reserve the right to decline service to areas outside our operational zone.
Repairs and Parts
- We use high-quality replacement parts sourced from trusted suppliers to ensure your device performs reliably.
- Genuine manufacturer parts (e.g., Apple, Samsung) are available upon request, which may incur additional cost. Please specify if you require genuine parts when booking.
- We cannot guarantee compatibility or availability of parts for all modelsin such cases, we will inform you prior to repair.
Booking and Service
- Repairs are carried out on-site at your chosen location (home, office, etc.) using our fully equipped mobile repair van.
- Most common repairs take approximately 30 minutes.
- If your device requires advanced repair beyond what can be done on-site, we will discuss further options with you, including taking the device to our secure workshop with your consent.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are clearly listed on our website. Please request a quote if your repair or model is not listed.
- The agreed price covers labour, parts, and call-out fees (if applicable).
- We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers.
- Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty
- All repairs come with a 3-month warranty covering both parts and labour unless otherwise stated.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or faults caused by misuse after the repair.
Customer Responsibilities
- Please back up your data before repair, as we are not responsible for data loss.
- Provide accurate information about the device and its issues to help us diagnose and fix it efficiently.
- Ensure safe access and a suitable workspace for our technician to carry out the repair.
Liability
- While we take every precaution to perform repairs safely and professionally, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage beyond the scope of the repair service.
- In cases where the device is beyond repair, we will inform you promptly.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
Privacy Policy

- Customers must back up all data before repair.
- We accept no liability for loss of data, files, apps or settings.
- Customer information is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate device information
- Be present during the appointment at the agreed time/location
- Provide parking if possible for the technician
- Pay the remaining balance upon completion of the repair
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for:
- Loss of data or accessories
- Further faults not related to the replaced component
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Loss of manufacturer warranty following repair
